Registration Checklist

An AAU membership is mandatory for all players during Spring and Summer practices and 7's games. This needs to be completed before June 10th. Players will not be able to participate without it.  Select the sport option "Football- Flag, 7v7". Use Club Code W3D8CC.

 All players, new and returning, must fill out the Google registration form. We will no longer use emails from last season. It is very important that we get updated information so that we can provide you with upcoming football information.

This is a district requirement! You must be a parent or guardian to create an account.  Complete between June 15th and July 15th. Select all the sports that your child may be interested in playing for the 24/25 school year. You can register without your physical form, and once your child has their physical, log back in and add it in. 

You will need the following information:

• Your player’s student identification number.  If you do not have this information, call SJUSD 916-971-7700 or login to your San Juan Parent Portal.
• The exact spelling of your player's first and last name, as it appears in official school records.
• Your player's active health insurance coverage information, including the name of the provider and the policy ID.

Physicals are due by July 24th. A physical examination and doctor’s certification on the SJUSD Sports Physical Exam Form are required (documents generated by your doctor will NOT be accepted).  You can download the form below.

Physicals must be completed between June 1st - July 24th. Physicals completed outside this time frame will not be accepted. Players will not be able to participate after deadline if physical has not been submitted.

Do not turn your physical form in to a coach! They must be scanned (photo works) into SportsNet.

If you've already signed up during our meeting, double check that your shifts were entered correctly.

• Each parent is responsible for 3 game shifts and 1 Fireworks booth shift per season.
• Anyone over 18 yrs old may work your shift if you are not able to, you must fill their name in place of yours so that they are allowed in the gates fro free during their shift.
• Many parents like to work during the time their child is NOT playing.
• Sign ups will be open until July 25th and then we will fill in the open spots for you so that all families are covering their required shifts. If you have a special circumstance please reach out so we can work with you.
• We will have 2 training days to help volunteers learn each position.
• We ask that in addition to your 1 firework shift, that you have your player also sign up for 1 player shift as well at the firework booth.
